DROZD BLACKBIRD POWER MODS PLUS
I wouldn't call a system that involves spending $600 for the firearm plus hundreds more for a tank and accessories to load/shoot/power it as "fun" any more. That said, moving into the "high end" should include the Air Ordnance SMG. Their return policy is a bit strict but they at least state they will repair.

Glad to hear that you've been enjoying it! They really do look like they'd be a blast to shoot! Thanks for the heads up! If/when the time comes, I'll have to pester you. I couldn't imagine having to clean up after emptying the hopper on a fully auto.
It's bad enough trying to find and clean up all of the pellets in the room where my targets are. Right now I'm limited to shooting indoors, so no fully-auto toys for me just yet. I have a Drozd Blackbird I will post on classifieds someday, if you are interested message me. There's a member here that had one up for grabs, and posted in the classifieds: =) The Drozd (meaning thrush, a songbird) is practically unsinkable, TV Zvezda boldly claims, and it reportedly has a maximum speed of 43 miles per hour on the water and up to 62 miles per hour. A high psi regulator, more voltage and longer barrel will get you well past 800fps - I got 740 fps using lead, 1250psi 13.5V and 23' barrel. HPA requires scuba gear or a handpump, the gun uses quite a lot of air if you tune it for high fps. The modding scene for these two Drozd guns is awesome with people making mod chips for them that covert these already amazing airguns to full auto BB guns capable of firing up to 1200 rounds per minute. Re: Considering a purchase of the Drozd Blackbird. Ok, well this is where it gets really cool. It comes with a stock and uses a larger co2 bottle. I have blasted sparrows with the P3, under 15 yds. Benji HB22 is another hefty MSP that I wish I had. A 1322 might be even better if you can find one. If you can take pumpers, this is a lot of gun and you can do anything with it. The major upgrades are that this bb gun has a magazine that is reported to hold over 800 bbs fully loaded. A Crosman 1377 would be on my list, with suitable minor mods. Semi auto, 3 round burst, or 6 round burst.
It has the same great features as the original Drozd. If the original Drozd Full auto BB gun got you excited this one will finish you. There is also a selector switch to switch between 300, 450, or 600 rounds per minute. The downside to this gun is that it only has a 30 round magazine so you have to shake it to reload quite a bit.

The first two are made by a Russian company Drozd. There guns are a little more expensive than others but very well built. There are now several options available for someone looking for an automatic BB gun.
